Holders of APPI 3 ratings are also able to directly convert their license into HKPA 3, and also obtain the International Pilot Proficiency Information card (IPPI). The APPI and HKPA would be comparable to being a driver’s license, while the IPPI card is similar to an international driving license which you will need in order to fly overseas.
